Cephalosporins:
There is a 10% cross sensitivity between penicillin allergy and cephalosporins.
Macrolides:
Erythromycin (10 – 15% have gastrointestinal upset)
- Clarithromycin
- Azithromycin (long acting, only 3 day course required)
