I have been suffering with recurring tonsillitis my entire teenage + adult life. A month ago I got extremely ill and was recommended Mr Hamid Daya by a friend of a friend after nearly dying in a care of NHS. Not only has he seen me in a matter of emergency, but he made sure to personally follow up with my condition every day that I spent in the hospital and made sure I was seen for a follow up a few weeks after I have recovered. After years of being looked over and literally laughed at by A&E departments for coming in with ‘sore throats’ it was so refreshing to be in a care of a professional who truly understands the issue. At the age of 56 I finally found the courage to accept that I needed to do something about my bad hearing. Ent4kids was recommended to me by my GP and once referred I had an appointment just a couple of days later. I had a thorough inspection of my ears and also did a hearing test . Losing my hearing was a big deal for me and being treated with kindness and respect was key to this process. Being told that I needed hearing aids was a bit of a blow but I was reassured and taken through the process with great professionalism and honesty. I would recommend ent4kids to anyone who feel their hearing is not what it used to be. They’ll look after you really well and the hearing aids are top notch and my life has completely changed. Wonderful experience at the Ent4kids Clinic today. The staff were excellent, especially Zoe. They made us feel very welcome especially being late with two small children.
