Hamid Daya
Hamid Daya is a Consultant ENT Surgeon with a specialist interest in Paediatric ENT currently practicing at St. George’s Hospital, London where he is the Lead for Paediatric ENT.
Hamid has been in practice since 2000, during which time he developed the concept of delivering private Paediatric ENT care under the framework “ent4kids” of which he is Medical Director.
Ian Lilly
Ian Lilly is a Specialist Children’s Ear Nose and Throat Consultant Surgeon. He aims to give a gentle rounded approach to help the needs of individual children and their families. He has carried out over 4000 tonsillectomy operations, over 3000 adenoidectomy operations, and over 2000 grommet surgeries.
Louisa Ferguson
Louisa is a specialist in Paediatric Otolaryngology and Cleft Lip and Palate Surgery. She has been a Consultant Surgeon at the Evelina Children’s Hospital and Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Trust since 2018. She is the only surgeon to be qualified in both subspecialties within the UK. She has an interest in all aspects of paediatric ENT, but particularly airway, sleep apnoea and palatal dysfunction affecting speech.

She spent two years gaining specialised experience in fellowship positions at both the Evelina Children’s Hospital and the Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. Louisa has written multiple text book chapters and peer reviewed papers, and is currently the representative for ENT UK on the UK wide surgical Training Interface Group Committee for Cleft Lip and Palate Surgery. She is also particularly interested in surgical leadership and education and is currently undertaking the competitive Surgical Leadership and Management Programme at Harvard Medical School.

She is a fellow at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, and a member of the British Association of Paediatric Otolaryngology (BAPO), British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery (BSFPS), ENT UK and the Cleft and Craniofacial Society of the UK and Ireland.
Lulu Ritchie
Ms Lulu Ritchie is a consultant at St Georges Hospital in London, specialising in the field of Children's Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgery. Ms Ritchie completed her Bachelor of Science at St Andrews University in 2007 and received her medical degree from the University of Manchester in 2010. In 2016 she was awarded an MD in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Imperial College London for her work in the aerodynamics of the upper airway in children and adults.

Ms Ritchie completed her Bachelor of Science at St Andrews University in 2007 and received her medical degree from the University of Manchester in 2010. In 2016 she was awarded an MD in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Imperial College London for her work in the aerodynamics of the upper airway in children and adults. Having completed her surgical training in London at Imperial College NHS Trust, The Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital and completed her 1-year surgical fellowship at the world-renowned Great Ormond Street (GOSH), she has joined the paediatric team at St Georges.

Ms Ritchie has a special interest in humanitarian work to ensure equal access to great healthcare for all children. She was awarded the prestigious Royal Society of Medicine Otology prize for her trip with BRINOS which connects British and Nepali surgeons to improve ear health in Southern Nepal. Once a year she travels to Northern Tanzania with the AGA-ENT team to train surgical teams in Paediatric emergency airway management as part a drive to improve safety for children undergoing routine surgery in sub-Saharan Africa. Ms Ritchie has a passion for fitness and wellbeing outside of the hospital, engaging in open water swimming, cycling and cross-country skiing with her family. She is a fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons England and a member of the British Paediatric Association of Paediatric Otolaryngology (BAPO).
Audiologist
Tayla Heselton
Tayla is our Practice Manager and Clinical Audiologist. In addition to her Master’s degree in Audiology, she has a wealth of experience across audiological medicine, from fitting cutting-edge hearing aids to vestibular disorders. In her spare time Tayla loves to run, hike and explore London.
Administrative
Niamh Fraser
Niamh is our medical secretary here at ent4kids. She is originally from Ireland, and a graduate who is taking some time off to spend a few years in London. She aspires to be a medical doctor one day and is an absolute joy to have in our practice.
Clare Burrows
Clare joined us in April 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience in medical administration. Clare is frequently behind the scenes, co-ordinating surgery and billing, although you can often see her smiling at the front desk too! Clare adds such value to the ent4kids team, and is always willing to help.
