How to apply your ear drops
Lie on the opposite ear, pull the ear outwards to open the ear canal and squeeze the dropper.
After you feel the drops go into the ear then massage the tragus (the pointy bit at the front of the ear) to push the drops deep into the ear.
If you can, lie in that position for a minute or two.
how to apply your nasal cream
Place the nozzle of the cream in the front of each nostril (do not go deeper than the curvy part of the outside of the nose)
Squeeze a blob of cream/ointment into the nostril
Massage the outside of the nose to help it absorb
